Do I get AKC papers if I am getting the discounted pet price?

We do not supply AKC papers for puppies being sold at a pet discount. AKC papers will be sent with every puppy that is purchased at full price.

What do you recommend to help with potty training?

We are firm believers in crate training. Your dog will love you for it! If you aren’t sure what this entails, go to the AKC website and search it. There are several good articles on how to do it properly. Or if you don’t like to read, just call us and we can walk you through it. We are always here to help our customers. That’s just one of the many reasons you will be glad you bought your puppy from Cutie Frenchie Puppies.

How does your callback list work.
Our callback list is for clients that are interested in a puppy, but not sure yet. Once all the waiting list customers have had the opportunity to adopt a puppy, we will start down the callback list. Clients on the longest will be notified first. If you want to be placed in front of everyone on the call back list, all you have to do is join the waiting list.
How does your waiting list work?

Our waiting list is for clients that for sure want a puppy. You pay the $350 deposit and let us know what color and sex you are looking for. We notified you when we get puppies that match your request. You may adopt that puppy, or wait for the next litter if you chose. The waiting list orders will be filled on a first come, first served basis. All waiting list customers will have the opportunity to adopt before anyone on the call back list is notified.

Will someone from First Class Frenchies be available if I have any questions?

Absolutely! We are always here to help our friends in any way we can. You will be so glad that you chose to purchase a puppy from Cutie Frenchie Puppies.

What should I do with my puppy when I get it home?

Do all the normal puppy care but most importantly, bond with your new friend. Yes the puppy has been socialized, but it has also spent the majority of its time with its litter mates. The puppy will bond with you if you spend time with it the first several days that you receive it. Then it will be your friend forever.

How do you socialize my puppy?

With 5 children in our family, socialization is not a problem. Not only will your puppy have been around children, but other dogs and cats as well. Our trusty yellow lab Dexter is a great baby sitter!

Do you offer shipping?

We can ship your puppy in several different ways. The choice is ultimately up to you. Ground, air cargo, and puppy nanny are all options we are happy to discuss with you.

How do I pay for my puppy?

We accept payment via Paypal, Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, bank wire transfers, Walmart, money gram, Western Union, or cash. Whatever is easiest for you.

Are these puppies up to date on their shots?

Yes, all puppies are current on their basic puppy vaccines that are appropriate for their age.

How much is the deposit to reserve a puppy?

The deposit to reserve a puppy is $350. The deposit is non-refundable, unless your puppy would become ill prior to you receiving it.
